Celebrating Excellence, Loyalty and Outstanding Performance
Bedrock Insurance LTD has celebrated the dedication and outstanding performance of its agency network at the 2025 Agency Awards, held on Friday, 11 July 2025. The event recognised high-performing agents whose commitment and contribution continue to support the company’s growth and service delivery across Ghana.
Recognising Excellence Across the Country
The awards highlighted the achievements of Bedrock’s best regional agents from Accra, Tema, Kumasi, Techiman, Takoradi and Aflao. Each regional award recipient received a rice cooker in recognition of their sales performance and contribution to expanding the Bedrock brand within their respective locations.
The ceremony also recognised agents whose loyalty and long-standing service have contributed to the company’s development. Through the CEO’s Loyalty and Long Service Award, recipients were acknowledged for their continued dedication to the company’s vision, with each awardee receiving an air fryer.
Celebrating the Overall Best Agents of 2024
A major highlight of the ceremony was the recognition of the top-performing agents for 2024. The award recipients were:
- Overall Best Agent: Richard Adu Sarfo — received an air conditioner.
- First Runner-Up: Philip Taylor — received a 45-inch Smart TV.
- Second Runner-Up: Gloria Serwaa — received a double-door refrigerator.
These awards celebrated the recipients’ outstanding production and provided an opportunity to acknowledge the hard work and commitment that drive the company’s agency business.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chief Executive Officer Ernest Frimpong commended the award winners for their dedication and hard work.
